Privacy & KVKK Notice
How we handle your personal data on this website, in plain words.
In short: we never sell your personal data. We process it only to answer your request, prepare a proposal, help you through Voieger and keep the site secure, and only as much and as long as needed.
Who we are
This notice explains, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how your personal data is processed on voie.agency, in the Voieger AI agent and in the services connected to them.
Data controller: Caner Yılmazer (“Voie Agency”, “we”). Voie Agency is a brand of Caner Yılmazer’s sole proprietorship.
Address: Elmalıkent Mah. Güzel Sk. No: 7 İç Kapı No: 3, Ümraniye / İstanbul, Türkiye · Ümraniye Tax Office, tax no. 9780650572 · hello@voie.agency
What we collect, why, and on what legal basis
- Contact form, briefs and the free site audit: your name, company, email, phone and message; in a brief, your brand, sector, goals, services, budget, timing and project details; in an audit, your site address. Processed to answer your request and prepare a proposal and kickoff meeting, as necessary to enter into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and under our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 5/2-f). Your brief draft stays in your browser until you send it.
- Where a request came from, and how we review it: the page you sent the form from, campaign parameters (e.g. utm_source) and whether Voieger helped fill the form; to measure which channels work and to prepare an AI-assisted summary that helps our team prioritise (Art. 5/2-f). A person on our team always decides whether to take a request forward.
- Newsletter: your email, and your name and language if given; only with your explicit consent and your consent to commercial electronic messages. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email or by writing to hello@voie.agency.
- Spam protection: before the contact form or a brief is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person, not a bot. For this check Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser and connection details, only to detect and block bots (our legitimate interest in keeping the forms safe, Art. 5/2-f).
- Security and your cookie choice: IP address, browser details and the bot-check result, to prevent spam and attacks (Art. 5/2-f; data security duty under Art. 12). Your cookie choice is recorded with a random visitor ID, the notice version and an irreversible hash of your IP address, so we can prove your consent (Art. 5/2-ç). For Voieger conversations, see below.
- Analytics: pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location); only if you accept analytics cookies, with your explicit consent.
Marketing and ad measurement: only if you accept marketing cookies, with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1): pages viewed, cookie identifiers, IP address, browser details; when you send a form or join the newsletter, a SHA-256 hash of your email address (and phone number, if given). Sent to Meta Platforms and Google to measure and personalise our ads.
We collect data directly from you, electronically, through the forms, Voieger conversations and email. Please don’t send us passwords, payment card details or special categories of personal data (e.g. health information); we don’t ask for or process them.
Voieger, our AI agent
Voieger is an AI agent, not a person. When you chat or talk with it, your messages, and in voice mode your voice and the transcript, are processed to answer your questions, fill in your brief if you ask, and improve the service (Art. 5/2-c, 5/2-f). Voice and text are processed in real time abroad (USA) by our conversational AI provider, ElevenLabs.
Transcripts are kept in our system for 365 days, then deleted. Nothing Voieger writes into your brief reaches us until you review it and press Send.
Who we share data with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the service, who are bound by contract to process it on our instructions:
Hostinger: hosting of the site and our admin panel, business email, newsletter delivery (Germany, Frankfurt; backups in France)
Google: forwarding request notifications to our team inbox (Gmail) and, with your consent, analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Google Ads (EU and USA)
Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel, Conversions API): ad measurement and targeting, only with your consent (Ireland and USA)
ElevenLabs: Voieger’s voice and chat AI (USA)
Anthropic (Claude): AI-assisted summaries of requests (USA)
Cloudflare (Turnstile): bot checks on forms and in Voieger (USA and global network)
International transfers: some of these providers are outside Türkiye. We make these transfers in line with Article 9 of KVKK, under standard contracts signed with the providers and notified to the Personal Data Protection Board. Where the law requires, data may be shared with competent public authorities.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as its purpose and the law require:
Requests and briefs that don’t become projects: 24 months from the last contact
If you become a client, contracts, invoices and correspondence: as required by tax and commercial law (usually 10 years)
Voieger transcripts: 365 days
Submissions marked as spam: 30 days
Cookie choice records: 3 years
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; the record of your unsubscribing for 3 years
When the period ends, data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for it to be erased or destroyed under Article 7; ask for these corrections or deletions to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; object to a result against you that arises solely from automated processing; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can send your request, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, as a signed letter to the address above, or from the email address you previously gave us to hello@voie.agency (subject: “KVKK request”). Please include your name, contact details and what you are asking for. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves an extra cost, the fee set by the Board may apply.
Cookies and local storage
- Essential (always on): your cookie choice (voie-consent, voie-consent-v), a random visitor ID (
voie-vid; never linked to your name or email), your brief draft (voie-brief-v1,voie-brief-pre), keeping the Voieger chat going across pages and the bot check (vgr-session-v1,vgr-consent,vgr-nudged, Cloudflare Turnstile; cleared when you close the tab). These live in your browser’s local storage and are used only to provide the service. - Analytics (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 cookies (
_ga,_ga_*; up to 2 years) to measure, pseudonymously, how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymised.
Marketing (only with consent): Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc; up to 90 days) and Google Ads cookies, to measure and personalise our ads. If you change your mind, you can clear this site’s data in your browser.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the cookie notice will appear again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site such as brief drafts may then not work.
